PeaceJam Mentors in Kalamazoo, Michigan have put together a Dance for Darfur this Saturday, November 17th. The event takes place from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites in downtown Kalamazoo. The Dance for Darfur is open to the public - there is a $10 suggested donation, but every $25 donation will earn a ticket for raffle items, including an iPod shuffle. The event will also feature a cash bar starting at 10:30 p.m. Dress code is casual, though it’s asked that attendees dress in black and white in support of refugee awareness.
