I love writing and communicating. I write a blog on choice-full, conscious living based on the principles of NVC, Mindfulness and Focusing and then anything else that looks interesting....
I facilitate learning Transformative Communication and Focusing and hope that these small contributions help with a shift in consciousness towards peace, integrity, compassion and empowered-wise-insightful-connection.
